about

For over 20 years, the Montreal Intercultural Choir, under the direction of the founder, Dr. Leonard Wosu, has been reaching out to the various communities that compose Montreal’s mosaic. Its aim is to break down cultural, religious, linguistic, and racial barriers with the simple power of music. To celebrate its 30th year, the choir is giving you a taste of soulful spirituals, gospels, and African rhythms like you’ve never heard them before.

Special thanks to Dion Lewis, for being an excellent assistant director; to Myriam Abbou, for her outstanding coordination; and to Kalil Johnston and Roxanne Wosu for their great help in the production and design of this CD. Finally, thank you to all past and present members of choir, and to our wonderful and loyal supporters.
